• Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

• Mobile messaging subscription and consent are never shared with anyone, for any reason whatsoever. Any information sharing mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile messaging consent data.

 

General terms and conditions for emailing Pascale Nakhle Design

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational exchanges to answer questions and offer support to customers.

2. You can cancel your SMS messaging service at any time. Simply send "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation SMS. You will then no longer receive any SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, simply follow the same steps as when you first registered, and we will start sending you SMS messages again.

3. If you are experiencing difficulties with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at paul@pascalenakhle.com .

4. Telephone operators are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data charges may apply to messages we send you or you send us. Message frequency will vary depending on communication needs. For questions about your text or data plan, we recommend contacting your wireless service provider.
